Choose from a menu of standard  products (like our One-Pass EC Mini-Package), or we can create a custom-designed plant for your application and operating circumstances.

Wide Range of Sizes

We have two different reactor styles:  One is a closed reactor.  These are our Sur-Flo reactors.  They are rated at specific flows:  2.5, 5.0. 10.0 and 25 GPM.  Multiple units are used to achieve different flow rates, or to accommodate varying flow rates.  These reactors are sized for, and rated at, specific flow rates.

Our open, or atmospheric line of reactors we call "Hi-Flo".  These are for larger projects.  A primary consideration in using a Hi-Flow reactor is flow size, but these reactors also allow for easy recirculation to treat difficult waste streams.  Our largest single reactor is 1,500 GPM.

Narrow or Wide Scope

We can offer a wide scope of supply.  You may have all the tanks you need and can simply modify piping to accommodate a KASELCO EC unit (you may even be able to remove tanks).  You may have adequate solids separation.  Let's talk and determine what you need to accomplish what you want.

Flexibility

KASELCO reactors are never modified - but pretreatment, post treatment or recirculation may be applied to some tougher applications and the associated controls programming and O&M procedures altered.

Slam Dunk Waste Streams

There are four waste streams that are no-brainer for a KASELCO Electrocoagulation treatment system.  We call them our "Slam Dunk" wastes.  These wastes include:

-- Chromate Conversions

-- Arsenic from drinking water

Tough Stuff

Electrochemistry cannot cure all evils.  If the primary target is these pollutants, you may be better off with some other system.  If your wastewater contains these and they are not a target, then we should talk.
