One-Pass EC
One-Pass ECWe call it "One-Pass" because that's all it takes for our typical applications ("Slam Dunk" and many other wastes). Polymer? If you are running a continuous-flow clarifier and discharging to sewer and are treating metals, then polymer is good insurance, sure. Otherwise if you are running batches or limited operations and it sits overnight to settle, or if you are reusing the water, you probably don't need it. Ozone? KASELCO low-voltage reactors meet National Electric Code criteria for human safety, but bacteria are electrocuted. Our EC systems use the science of electrochemistry to it's fullest potential (pun intended!). No amateur trial-and-error here. Real, proven, well-developed electro-chemistry is the backbone of KASELCO Electrocoagulation. It is ELECTROCOAGULATION water treatment, not some hopeful arrangement of steel plates or tubes with polymer added to make the water look good. The 25 GPM "Big Boy" Package
The Mini-PackageSmall flows, small size. These are single reactor units. Standard flow rates are: - 2.5 GPM - 5 GPM - 10 GPM These industrial-quality packages operate at the stated flow rate. You choose the model with the flow rate you want.
An on-board pump delivers the waste water at the rated volume and the reactor technology does all the treatment in one pass. These are computer controlled (PLC) with an integrated electrical system and rectifier circuit. Straight-forward to use and powerfully effective.
