Services

"Being of Service" is behind everything we do.  We are committed to 100% satisfaction.  So we start with waste stream evaluations (if it's not a Slam Dunk).  You may choose bench-scale evaluations and additional on-site pilot demonstrations.  Then, to be sure your system runs well and performs as promised, we offer installation, training, and inspection and maintenance services.

Laboratory Waste Evaluations:  Send us a sample for running through our bench top EC unit in our lab.  The bench top EC models our full size reactors so well that we often base our guarantees on its results.  With the sample you will submit an Application Information Form that will tell us what your waste streams look like and what are treatment targets are.  Also include an analytical report of your waste stream.  We create a lab report for you.  It includes the "Before" and "After" chemical conditions, a test narrative, and a possible treatment system concept.

Pilot Demonstrations:  When a customer requests a pilot demonstration at their facility, we will propose the appropriate technical and operational arrangements.  We'll let you know what needs to be in place before we get there (collection tank, compressed air, agitator, etc).  We'll engage in a systematic, thorough demonstration and test.  Your lab evaluates the waste and treated water qualities.

Installation: 

Mini-Packages:  If you've got machinery and systems that generate wastewater to be treated like this, then you can install a KASELCO One-Pass EC Mini-Package.

Large Engineered Systems:  We like to install the engineered systems.  This ensures that the plumbing and electrical and controls interfaces are done right, and if there are any changes that need to be made once the equipment is on site we can simply get it done.  It makes installation easier for you.  You need to have materials handling equipment (forklift, or possibly crane) available, and some people to assist.  Otherwise we pretty much just take care of it.  Typically, for systems up to 75 GPM, it just takes a few days to install if all components are there.

Commissioning: 

Mini-Packages:  If you've got machinery and systems that generate wastewater to be treated like this, then you can start-up a KASELCO One-Pass EC Mini-Package.

Large Engineered Systems:  For our engineered systems, our technicians perform installation checks and inspections, then systematically energize components, flush lines and introduce waste to the Reactors.  We de-bug any glitches and get the system operating as it should be.

Operator Training: 

Mini-Packages:  If you've got machinery and systems that generate wastewater to be treated like this, and if you READ THE MANUAL, then you can operate and maintain a KASELCO One-Pass EC Mini-Package.

Large Engineered Systems:  It is best that operating personnel be trained to operate and maintain an engineered system.  We use various media like videos and presentations, customized to the particulars of your installation.  Standard operations, troubleshooting and maintenance are all covered.

Customer Service:  Spare Parts and Maintenance

Once you are a customer, you will have access to the "Owners Section" of this website.  That section is designed to support the ongoing successful operation of your system.  You will find in there all the contact information you need for Customer Service, spare parts lists, "How To" tips, operating pointers, reminders, and so on.

Our Customer Service department can provide you with steel reactor plates, and new parts for any component in your system.  We can provide on-site inspection, service and repair.  Just ask.

This is two sets of plates for a 25 GPM reactor (with a little box of miscellaneous parts a customer ordered).
